Some might say, it’s an architect’s worst nightmare: the industrialised, repetitive and standardised approach to construction.
However, McKinsey Global Institute concludes that more than 75% of executives expect the industry to shift over the coming years. One of the shifts consists of a product-based and industrialised approach to construction including off-site and modular production.
So, if we want to reap the rewards of
- new technologies
- higher margins
- more sustainability
- higher quality
We must move towards an industrialised, repeatable and modular way of working.
On that journey, one segment of our industry is ahead of the rest: the companies building our future homes.
